Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using RPA, machine learning, and cognitive technologies to transform business operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple client organizations.
- Analyze map complex business processes to identify automation opportunities, develop implementation roadmaps, and create scalable workflow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and data architecture.
- Configure, test, and deploy automation bots while ensuring proper documentation, monitoring protocols, and performance optimization to maintain system reliability and achieve targeted efficiency gains and ROI metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, provide technical guidance on automation capabilities, and deliver training sessions to empower client teams in managing automated workflows.
